• The files do not work as described or are incompatible
• There is a technical issue that cannot be resolved

If you experience any issues, please contact us and allow us time to assist. Most problems are resolved within 1 day. If we are unable to fix the issue within that time, a full refund will be provided.

Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want the product, a refund can be issued within 1 day of purchase, only if the files have not been downloaded.

Once files have been downloaded and accessed, refunds are no longer available.

Support After Purchase

If you choose to keep your purchase, please test the files within the 1-day period. After this period, we are happy to continue providing support, but refunds will not be possible.
